The idea behind it
I often sat in church wanting to capture a powerful line from a sermon, look up a verse, jot down a thought — maybe even sketch something quickly. But no app brought all of that together in one calm place. So I built Holy Notes. Not for a company, not for profit — for myself, and for you.

Yes. Holy Notes is completely free, ad-free, and non-commercial. There are no paid plans, no in-app purchases, and no tracking.
No installation is required. Holy Notes runs in any modern browser on phone, tablet or desktop. You can optionally add it to your home screen as a Progressive Web App (PWA).
Holy Notes is available in 18 languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Russian, Ukrainian, Armenian, Hebrew, Arabic, Persian, and Chinese.
Many translations are supported via bolls.life, including ESV, NIV, NLT, KJV, Schlachter 2000, Hoffnung für Alle, Luther, Elberfelder, Segond, Reina-Valera, and many more — in multiple languages.
Yes. You can record audio directly in the app and attach it to your note. On supported browsers, the sermon is also transcribed live and can be translated into 12 languages.
Yes. Holy Notes does not sell, rent, or share your personal data. There is no third-party tracking, no analytics, and no advertising. All communication is encrypted via HTTPS.
